What Can You Expect From Us

Technical Training

These training sessions have been designed to improve your technique trough series of fundamentals and advanced training programs and drills

Tactical Training

You will develop the tactical understaning of a professional player and learn how to make smart decisions on the pitch faster than your oppontent.

Fitness Training

You have to be physically fit to get to the highest level. Throughout the project, you will improve your physical strenght, endurance, agility and coordination.

Mentality Training

Many players are unable to bring their skills to the pitch, especially in crucial moments. We will increase your resilience and confidence – on and off the ball.

ESTABLISHED IN 2021

Established in 2021, Sportsmate360 Academy has quickly become widely regarded as one of the world’s leading private residential football academies, competing on a regular bases with some of Europe’s biggest clubs and enabling talented footballers to experience the life of a full-time professional footballer here in Poland.

In just a short period of time we have managed to place players at different clubs in Poland. From 1st division to 5th division in Poland and even top club in Germany. Sportsmate360 is helping unrecognised talent get the platform they need and deserve.

Our Philosophy

With a philosophy centred around player and personal development, our Academy staff are committed to remaining at the forefront of modern-day coaching methods. All of our Staff here at the Academy are at minimum UEFA A licensed coaches, and our experience in providing players with the ultimate professional experience is evident in the attention to detail of our program.

We aim to provide players with the tools that they need to become successful, and with countless years of experience and many of the staff current/former high-level players in their own right, the level of coaching at Sportsmate360 Academy is second to none.

How we will work

Sportsmate360 Academy is based on two training pillars:

Individual Training

The players will be trained individually in the morning. To work on their technique, fitness, recovery and position specific training etc. These are few of the things every player needs to work on and continue doing so:

– Technique

– Fitness

– Recovery

– Position Specific

– Tactical Analysis

Team Training

Players will train with one of our parnter clubs during the evening. We decide the club basen on a pre-assesment of the player.

Training directly with a pro club, gives an idea about the environment at a pro club and let the player compete with European players

Not only will this beneficial for the players, but it will help them compare with European players and find out for themselves whether they have what it takes to make it pro!

On the weekends, we organise friendly matches and showcase matches.
